Or, how about taking the long drive to go to a store to hit a few balls on mini court, that doesn’t replicate the real play of a game? Approach Pickleball was founded to solve this problem. As an avid player, I have bought many paddles only to resell them to someone else for a loss. I find the one I think I want, buy it and then start playing with it only to not like the performance (too soft, too much pop, not enough power, etc.). After a few weeks I either have an extra paddle, or I sell it to someone else for a loss. In an effort to eliminate this problem I started Approach Pickleball with goal of providing the best paddle options with personalized in person options.
Paddles are as diverse as the people that use them, and we want to make sure that you have the chance to play in real games, so that you can be sure that the paddle you choose is the right one for you.
We offer the first, in person demo option for multiple brands. If you are in the L.A. or Orange County areas of California, we will bring the paddles to you!
