Lowest Price – We want you to be confident that you are getting the most for your money. If you find the same product on another authorized seller’s site within 24 hours of your purchase (excluding Amazon & Ebay) just let us know and we will gladly refund you the difference for your purchase.
15-day returns for all paddles – Finding the right paddle can be difficult and buying one online is no exception. We offer a 15-day return policy for all unused paddles. If you do not like the paddle for any reason, just email us a copy of your receipt and send the paddle back. After we receive the paddle, we will refund your money.
Please note: 1) the paddle being returned must be unused, in the original packaging, and not have any physical damage. 2) Buyer is responsible for return shipping. 3) We recommend that you ship your paddle back with using a trackable system. We cannot be responsible for paddles that do not arrive back at our location. 4) Please allow 7 to 10 days for your refund to be processed from the date we receive your returned paddle. We will attempt to processes your refund the day we receive your paddle however payment processing can take extra time.
