Warranty

Every paddle we sell at Approach Pickleball carries the exact same warranty as the original manufacture and can be warrantied through directly through the manufacturer. Below is a list of each manufacturer’s warranty, including a link to their page.

Diadem

All Diadem high performance paddles come with our 6 months manufacturers warranty against defects when you register your paddle with us.  If you have a problem you suspect is a defect and have registered your paddle with us at purchase fill out the form below and we will get back to you within 24 hours M-F.

The warranty is not transferable after registration and only applies to the original owner when the paddle is purchased new from a Diadem authorized retailer.

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence, or user modification as well as the natural fading of graphics over time are not covered.  The paddle face and edge guard will scratch, nick, scuff, and chip over normal use throughout the life of the paddle.

This warranty is available for Diadem paddles in the United States.  Diadem has the sole discretion to determine whether a paddle is covered and will either replace or repair any paddle covered under the warranty.

Engage/Omega

Warranty Policy:

Engage Pickleball paddles have a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship for the life of the paddle.  What is not covered by the warranty (Please note:  If any of the below occurs, please still contact us and we will see what we can do to take care of you)?

  • Normal wear and tear, abuse and negligence.
  • Any modifications made to the paddle after purchasing.
  • Fading of graphics.
  • Hitting other objects (other than the pickleball) such as the ground or other paddles (this can weaken the paddle or loosen the trim).
  • Not being the original purchaser
  • Buying from a non authorized Engage dealer

Omega Pickleball paddles come with a standard (1) year Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship.

  • An optional Extended Warranty called OmegaCARE is available for only $30 which extends the standard (1) year warranty to (2) years and covers not only ‘manufacturer defects’ but ‘wear & tear’ too.  Complete coverage.  Simply CLICK HERE to purchase.

All Engage and Omega Pickleball paddles must be registered to be eligible for the warranty policy.

  • Paddles should be registered within the first 30-days of purchase.
  • Warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser.
  • Proof of purchase is required (bank & credit card statements can be used).
  • Engage Sporting holds the sole discretion to determine whether a paddle is covered under our warranty and whether to replace or repair it.

How long should a paddle last?  Paddles themselves depending on how often you play can last a long time.  Some individuals like a new paddle every 6-8 months, others 1 year and some up to 3+ years.  But as with anything, there are wear and tear components.  The edge guard is a protective barrier that adds perimeter weighting (but from normal use will get scraped and eventually loosen from repeated contact with the ground) and need to be replaced.  The grip is another item that over time, again depending on how often you play may need replacement.  These latter points are considered wear & tear.  Not a manufacturers defect.

At EngagePickleball, we like to make things simple.  If you have any questions or issues regarding your paddle, warranty or return policy, please contact us and our in-house team will be happy to assist.
